This publication explores sustainable land and water management technologies as communicated by local practitioners, watershed level experts, and national and international project staff in Burundi, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda. The book seeks to identify technologies that decrease crop and livestock production risks in particular regions and agro-ecological zones.
