🌐 International Orders – Duties, Taxes & Customs

Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU):

All international shipments are shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). This means:

• Customs fees, VAT, import duties, or taxes may apply in your country.

• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee at checkout.

• You are responsible for any applicable fees.

What You Need to Know:

• Customs delays are beyond our control and may affect delivery timelines.

• Some couriers may prepay the duties to expedite clearance. In such cases, the courier will collect the payment from you at the time of delivery.

• Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the return or abandonment of your shipment.

❌ Returns Due to Unpaid Customs Fees

If an international shipment is returned because you declined to pay the customs charges, you may choose to:

• Reship the package (new shipping fees will apply), or

• Cancel the order, in which case we will issue a refund minus:

  • The original shipping cost

  • A 15% restocking fee

📄 VAT Information (European Customers)

• BookBuzzz does not charge VAT at the time of purchase.

• VAT may be collected upon delivery by your local customs authority.

🚫 Shipping Limitations
